For any joint degeneration and pain I recommend combining Grape Seed and MSM and glucosamine. The Grape seed will reduce inflammation. The MSM will lubricate, rebuild plyable tissue, and relieve pain. And the Glucosamine will regrow cartlidge. Topical use of Neuro Eze twice a day will relieve pain and rebuild nerve endings.
