B Natural Is Expanding

Just a quick note to let everyone that reads this blog that B Natural is growing and we need more space. Our lease will be up in June of 2011 and we have been searching for a space close to the area we have in Eau Claire, WI.
We have been negotiating with King’s Plaza on London Road. If the contract is signed we will move in the spring of 2011.
There will be information posted here, at my facebook page, and in the store.
Look for lots of sales. It is easier to run sales than to pack the thousands of bottles of products on our shelves.

Appointments With Doctor Amy- 2 for $80.00

Doctor Amy will not be taking private appointments for most of June. She will be going to Ethiopia to bring back her son and also working with several orphanages to help many sick children and training staff in the use of natural medicine.
B Natural is running an Appointment Special. If you book a 1 hour appointment in May for $80.00 you will receive a 30 minute follow up appointment FREE in late June or Early July. This will be a private consultation with Doctor Amy on any medical or nutritional need you have. This special is also available to those who come to Doctor Amy for Hands on Energy/Faith Healing sessions.
So – 2 appointments for $80.00 – the first appointment must be in May and the second appointment must be before July 30.

Stress Relief at Tax Time!

Here are a few simple things to help your mind, body, and soul through tax time.
Rescue remedy is a flower essence blend that can be dropped or sprayed under the tongue several times per hour to cope and calm emotional stress.
Blend some lavender and orange oil together and in hale them frequently. Put a drop on each temple, your wrists, over your heart chakra.
A hot bath with 3 cups epsom salts, 2 cups baking soda, and 15 drops of your favorite essential oils will steam you and soak out the sore muscles.
Mix some distilled water with lavender essential oil, add some sweet orange oil, and some ylangylang, shake well and spray on your bed and pillow before bed.
Take either 1 B Natural L-theanine, or a GABA or a Cortisol Manager. This will help your body cope with the side affects of stress.
2-3 Sublingual B-12 under the tongue while you do paper work, or tax forms will help your short term memory, and relieve stress.

Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia)

Tea Tree Oil is a must in everyone’s medicine cabinet. Keep it close this spring and summer to apply to bug bites. It will take the “ouch” out of a sting and help prevent an over growth of bacteria on an open wound.
Tea Tree can be added to household cleaning products as an antiseptic. It can be used in homemade bug repellents, and is safe to use on pets. To help with athlete’s feet soak your feet in a blend of espsom salts and tea tree oil. This will help with those yellow toe nails (fungus).

Natural Medicine for Your Horse

I have owned horses for over 37 years and I have been using natural medicine on my horses for a long time.
This wet time of year we can see fungal issues on the skin. My Morgan gelding has one on his chest. He scratches and the hair comes off.
A simple and safe skin treatment is mixing a natural salve that contains some Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE), Tea Tree, Frankincense, and Myrh. I wash the area first with colloidal silver. I then rub the area with the salve containing the anti-fungal oils. I apply this salve once a day until I see the hair starting to grow back.
This salve is wonderful on all animals, and us humans too!

Energy Balance in a SPRAY !

I have been making some wonderful room and body sprays. There are several recipes that I use. Some of the popular ones are Dreamcatcher, Release, and Sacred Mountain, Fear Not.
A good way to use these sprays is to spray yourself or your environment when you want to relax, meditate, or sleep. They are in a base of distilled water and each has a unique blend of essential oils.
These are being sold at B Natural upon request.

Platelet Builder

B Natural has just bottled a new platelet builder. We have combined the power of Ashwagahda and added Papaya Leaf. Both of these plants are known to increase the body’s production of platelets. We have had wonderful success in the past 5 years adding Ashwagahnda to a protocol we use for lukemia and other blood disorders. Now we have added the power of papaya leaf to the mix and are seeing good results. This is a good way to boost a low platelet count without using chemicals and it is working.

What to do about chapped lips?

There are many lip balms on the market, most have so many chemicals in them that it would be better not to use them at all. Some people even use vaseline – which is a petroleum product. Consider how fast you absorb through your skin, then add the fact that you are licking your lips and drinking and eating, each time you are ingesting some petroleum. Not a healthy choice.
I recommend using the most simple products that will actually help your tissue to heal. The first in a long line of choices is to use Emu Oil. B Natural has a lip balm that is organic and comes in a tube or small jar and it is emu oil based. There are some good products on the market that we carry, some even have some mica (mineral) for pigment.
B Natural also has a complete all natural lip stick now available.
The other option is to make your own. I would recommend starting your base with shea nut butter, we sell that at a very low cost in bulk at B Natural, you can melt that, add alittle emu oil, and even alittle bees wax to firm it up, take that blend off the heat, add any essential oils for flavor or healing, and you have your own, all natural lip healing balm! Very easy!

Essential Oils

B Natural has a complete line of high grade essential oils for use alone or in combination with carrier oils or alone. Essential oils have many healing and calming properties. B Natural also carries many blends of oils to be used for scenting in bath salts, laundry soaps and rinses, and many other homemade products.
Essential oils can kill viruses and bacteria, help increase a calm state of mind, decrease inflammation, boost immune response, and much more. I like to use a lavender fields blend in my rinse cycle of my wash. This not only smells wonderful, lavender is anti-bacterial. It also make a great facial steam to clear up acne. Adding a few drops of your favorite blend to a lotion, bath water, or hair conditioner can give you a calming effect or use a mint family and feel energized!
Using 4 ounces of distilled water in a spray bottle with 15-20 drops of essential oils makes a great house spray, or body spray. I try to carry a rose blend in my car to feel calm and have a nice clean smell in the car.
Essential oils are very healing and everyone should find a way to incorporate them into their daily life.
