Read more...I am wondering for a 29 year old female what supplements should I be taking?I take probiotics, Omega 3 fish oil and Catalan (sp?) multivitamin that wasprescribed to me from my chiropractor. Is there anything else I should betaking? I recently finished a long 3 month dosage of antibiotics due to Iwas diagnosed with Perioral Dermatitis. I also take a contraceptive. Myskin is sensitive and I have noticed my skin has been breaking out moresince I have been on the antibiotics and off of my contraceptive. I welcome your advice.
