Stop the FDA from making Natural Supplements Prescription only by Dec 31, 2011

PLEASE contact your local representatives by email to voice your concern about the FDA and AMA making all natural supplements prescription only. There is a bill in front of the Congress that will be voted on Dec 31, 2011 to ban anyone from selling natural supplements. The goal is to make you the consumer, have to see a medical doctor for a prescription for any natural supplement of vitamin.

Simple Antibacteria Steam

If you would like to get rid of the bacteria in your room, on your face, or in your lungs, here is a simple recipe.
Boil a small pot of water on the stove. Once it is boiling, turn heat down to simmer. Add about 20 drops (more if more water) to the water. To help lungs, in hale the steam. To clear up acne, tent pot with bath towel, let the steam drench your face. To help the air, just let the steam float through the room.
If your lungs are congested, you could add ecualyptus, frankincense and myrh to the water with the lavender.
