I dont like creatine because when you ingest it, you urinate steroids. It has been out lawed in the Wisconsin in body building competitions. It dehydrates muscle, which makes you look more “ripped” but doesnt help you health in any way.
There are a lot of choices when it comes to proteins. Whey is a more male protein where soy is more female (estrogen). I prefer brown rice protein as it doesnt have any milk product for those with dairy issues, and does not have taste.
Supplements to help the body build muscle are Dimethyglycine and L-Glutamine. These will help increase muscle, increase stamina, flush lactic acid, strengthen connective tissue and convert proteins to muscle and energy.
There are many wonder trainers that can help set up a work out program along with a nutritionist to help with a good clean diet to increase health and strength.
Hello Dr. Amy,In my weight training and conditioning calss we are exploring the use ofsupplements, daily vitamins, creatine, and whey protein supplements. I was interested in learning what your opinion on this is. Thank you :)
