WOW – first lets consider the source of the information. You are taking medical advise from a non-professional source. This person is breaking the law by giving medical advise without a degree. Lets step back a moment and really look at this -
1. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin naturally occuring in many fruits.
2. You are supplementing your body by eating fresh fruits (kiwi highest source of C) daily
3. Taking a Vitamin C supplement that is a “good” one is important. Read the label. I generally recommend 1,000 mg daily while the body is challenged.
4. I do hands on healing sessions and I am certified in Reiki and I have a medical degree and I would NEVER tell a patient that I think they have rickets or any disease without medical proof.
The best professional advice I can give you is to make a private consultation appointment with me, we will do a complete medical history, look at your symptoms, and food diary, then we can make a fully educated decision on how to move forward for your better health.

First lets be honest. I am also certified in Reiki and I have three different medical degrees and you dont tell anyone any type of diagnosis. Lisa should be ashamed of herself. Please do not take what a Reiki Master told you about muscle seriously. See a licensed medical doctor, get some tests done, then decide how to proceed. This type of thing gives natural healing a VERY BAD NAME and is not ethical. I hope the FDA sees this blog and contacts Lisa.
