I am not even sure if I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), but I wascurious if you have a product similar to Nature’s Pharma IBS DropsRx? I amtraining for a marathon and have had some issues with stomach cramps on mylast few runs. I have also had issues with gas cramps and diarrhea when Iam not running. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Themarathon is in 2 weeks and I really want to figure this out!

I have NO idea what is in the product you are looking at.
What I can tell you is that IBS is a “set” of symptoms. I have a protocol that works quickly by reapairing what the digestive system is lacking. If you have IBS, it seems to help people to get rid of unwanted bacteria and virus, and even fungus in the bowel, and rebuild bowel wall. We then load the bowel with live flora. Some companies products only do the last step, load the bowel with flora. The problem with that theory is that we havent fixed the problem in the first place.
I would look at your diet, fiber intake, stress level, and a complete symptom list before I could truly help you.
