My husband has night terrors (or what we have been told they are) and I havenoticed that they only really happen during the week. He drives cement truckand what happens is that he will sit up in bed, and look for a lever in thetruck. He told me that he is wide awake, but can’t control what he is doing. And he could look for it for as long as 45 minutes. What helps is me kind ofrubbing his back and keep telling him he is at home and he is dreaming. Hisaunt told us to come to you because his cousin had them and what ever yourecommended worked and he doesnt have them any more.

I would ask specifically what your friend’s husband did, and understand that what works for one person may not work for another.

This is probably stress related.  Taking L-theanine or Gaba before bed for 5 nights would be a good start.  These are both amino acids that work differently but both help to calm the body.

If things dont improve with one of the above amino acids, I would recommend trying a calcium magnesium blend from B Natural.  Calcium and magnesium are muscle sedatives and calcium alkalines the body.

We have a blended product called Tranquil sleep that is a chewable tablet that has the L-theanine in it along with 5htp that helps the brain with seratonin which helps with mood and sleep patterns.

There are so many things we could try, but be sure to give each step a week or more to start to work. Some people have to be on a natural supplement 30 days before they see results.
