My name is Jordan,I have some issues with my health right nowthat I have been dealing with for the last few months with no answers fromdoctors and still waiting to see two doctors and waitng for results from afew Hormone test. I am a long distance runner who runs at least an hr perday during the week and longer on the weekends. Iwas training for a marathonthis spring and became anemic. I do eat meat and am a very healthyeater:Meaning nothing out of a box or package and nothing refined,no white sugar, rice bread etc. Very clean eating. I am tired, irritable, muscles are fatigued, not having regular bowel movements and no SEX drive what so ever. I am 36 yrs old and am getting frustrated any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Jordan

Jordan – I would recommend keeping a food diary and symptom list daily so that I will be able to connect some dots for you.

Go see those doctors, get those tests, get printed out hard copies of all of your results, including blood work from the last time you had  a draw and the first time you had some done, or from your last yearly physical so I have a comparison.

I have a few ideas, but it isnt fair to you or I to guess at this point.  Doing a complete case history on you during a consultation is the best way for me to get your whole picture.

You can call and make a private consultation appointment with me at 715-836-7021.  I take patients Mon – Thurs. hours vary based on staff so just give us a call and my staff will set up a consult. I charge 45.00 for 30 minutes, and 60.00 per hour.

Your first visit will have to be an hour as you have a lot going on.

If you do come to see me you will have to bring all the bottles and labels of things you are taking, I must see ingredient lists to know what is going on.

Take care.
