I am a long distance runner who runs at least an hr perday during the week and longer on the weekends. Iwas training for a marathonthis spring and became anemic. I do eat meat and am a very healthyeater:Meaning nothing out of a box or package and nothing refined,no white sugar,rice bread etc. Very clean eating. I am tired,irritable, muscles are fatigued,not having regular bowel movements and no SEX drive what so ever. I am 36 yrs old and am getting frustrated any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
