I have owned horses for over 37 years and I have been using natural medicine on my horses for a long time.
This wet time of year we can see fungal issues on the skin. My Morgan gelding has one on his chest. He scratches and the hair comes off.
A simple and safe skin treatment is mixing a natural salve that contains some Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE), Tea Tree, Frankincense, and Myrh. I wash the area first with colloidal silver. I then rub the area with the salve containing the anti-fungal oils. I apply this salve once a day until I see the hair starting to grow back.
This salve is wonderful on all animals, and us humans too!
