I received a question regarding how to handle getting a one on one consultation with a patient that lives out of State and is unable to get into see me at B Natural. Just call 715-836-7021 and schedule an appointment. I call you at the number your specify, and we have a one on one over the telephone, I then set up a protocol and mail you the specific products I recommend. We follow up after two weeks with the patient calling in and checking on the progress they are having.
It is difficult to accomodate everyones schedule with my time and staff hours at B Natural. I am currently booked up for about 3 weeks. I see patients Monday through Thursday from 2 – 5 pm. I will be taking morning appointments in August.
When a patient misses an appointment and doesnt call to cancel, it causes problems because we generally have a waiting list of patients that would have shown up for the appointment. I generally dont book a person after they have missed 2 appointments.
