How do you treat sore ears and congestion?

Sore ears can be from pressure or inflammation, or from people using ear candles without replacing the oil in the ear cannal.

I recommend using ear candles once per week after applying 2-3 drops of either garlic/willow ear oil or mullein ear oil to each ear daily.  This will soften up any wax and the willow reduces inflammation in the ear.

If you have nasal/sinus congestion I recommend a sinus rinse with a neti pot or sinus rinse bottle with a saline mixture using sea salt.  If you have a sinus infection I recommend adding 1 Tblsp of my colloidal silver to your nasal rinse solution.

Taking white pine bark or grape seed extract with reduce inflammation in the body and is a strong anti-oxidant.  Taking garlic is good because it will kill the bacteria that makes mucous.

There are many other products out on the market for nasal and ear problems, but after 15 years of practice, these simple products and procedures work the best.
