You have me taking vitamin D in the morning with my regular pills. Then inthe evening I take 1200 calcium and ½ as much magnesium, 3 quinine pills,B-Naturals Cristoral manager (I don’t remember exactly what it is calledbut it is for stress and sleep) and if I haven’t had any potassium I takeone of those as well. I also drink lots of water and a couple times a weekyou had suggested water with electrolytes. I am not always really good atdrinking the fitness water but I have been trying. Over the last 2 weeksthe cramping has gotten worse not only at night but during the day if I turnmy arms, legs or even my side I will cramp up. Last night I was up 7 timeswith more sever cramps in my lower leg and foot. I did try the quininepills and water each time, nothing I did seemed to help for any length oftime. Help do you have any suggestions.

I think it may be time for some blood work and a complete physical from a medical doctor. I would like to see the blood work results and have a private consult with you. You will need to bring with you to our appointment a food diary of at least 10 days, all supplements and medications you are taking, and a symptom list for me to review.
