Time to start thinking of summer cloths and swimsuits – yikes!
So lets talk weight loss and energy.
Start with a realistic look at the food plan you are on. Add more color, which will mean less calories. Dont go real radical, that wont last.

Psyllium Husk, Flax Seed, or Chia Seed (1-2 tsp 3 times per day)
Now add some movement. I dont care what, just move more. Start slow because if you are out of shape and run 5 miles, you will regret that move!
Walking is wonderful, and with more day light and warmer weather it is a good choice. Take 1-3 pound weights with you , swing those arms. Adding light weights to the legs may add calorie burn.
So Focus on HOW YOU FEEL. Get that energy back, smile more, eat more color, and love being alive!
