B Natural established a return policy in 2004. B Natural is an S Corporation. The policy is stated clearly on all receipts, and is posted clearly at the front register in B Natural.
B Natural is happy to take back any unopened, sealed product and the customer will receive an in store credit to be used on any product at B Natural. The in store credit will not expire.
Opened products must be discarded. The risk of products being tampered with, or other pills being mixed in or replaced in an opened bottle is a liability and a risk to the next person wanting to use that product.
B Natural rarely has problems with this policy. It has come to our attention this past week with one customer who didnt like a product after using it once.
Natural medicine takes time to work with the body. Unlike perscription drugs that affect the body quickly. Some products take 30-90 days to take a positive affect on the body.
Clearly, anyone who is a customer of B Natural understands our policy, and as a respectful adult, abides by the policy.
B Natural appreciates all the loyal, understanding customers that come in for our help.
Remember, Monday through Thursday Dr Amy Emch is available in B Natural, and the customer does not receive an office charge for on site consults regarding conditions and products. Private consults start at $45.00 for 30 minutes and $60.00 for an hour. That fact alone covers the cost of any product on the shelf that is purchased.
