Hi Dr. Amy. My sister in law was recently diagnosed with MS. She is only25 and recently had a son. I was wondering if you have any informationabout dealing with MS naturally. Are there things that she could do to helpcontrol the symptoms and slow the effects? Many Thanks for any suggestions or advice that I could pass on to her.

MS is a nasty disease that seems to show it’s symptoms in the prime of life.

There are many natural things we can do to slow progression of symptoms.

1. Realize that stress and fatigue make the symptoms worse. Get rest, start a relaxation schedule, yoga, meditation, take a stress relief class, etc.  The new baby is a huge emotional and physical stress, so the family and friends may need to step in and give the new mom some naps and quiet time.

2. Start immediately taking B Natural’s sublingual B-12  – I recommend mine because it is a clean product, and is tested for purity and potency, I cannot advise anyone on how to take any other company’s product line.  If you chose to take B Natural’s product call for instructions on amounts etc.

3. Start immediately on B Natural’s DMG.  It is an amino acid that crosses the blood brain barrier and oxygenates the brain as well as all the body’s cells. This will help to keep up natural healty brain function.

4. Start immediately on B Natural’s White Pine Bark.  This product will also cross the blood brain barrier  and relieve inflammation not only in the brain but in the entire body.  It also helps to reconnect neuro transmitters so the body and the brain have better communication.

People with a chronic condition should set up a private consultation with me so we can get a total case health history and make a plan custom fit to each person’s needs.

Call for an appointment either in the clinic or over the phone.
