I have had great success with several products from B Natural. I’mcurrently looking for something to help with the impulsivity my 6 year oldson is having. He’s not raising his hand, blurting out answers, not standingstill in line….things like that. It’s been confirmed that it’s not ADHD ora lack of attention/focus. I just need something for the impulsivebehavior. Any suggestions on what I can try? Thanks!

There are a few ideas I have that may help.

1. Keep a food diary for me to review.  Sugar and empty calorie, manufactured foods will convert to sugar and cause this type of behavior.  Food allergies can also manifest in this type of behavior. Read labels on all products look at the other ingredient list as even over the counter cheap supplements have dies anc sugars.

2. Start giving your son 1-2 of B Natural’s Sublingual B-12 before he leaves for school.  This will help his mind focus, help his body deal better with stress, and keep his mood more balanced.

3. If  you dont see improvement in 15 days of consistant diet control and B-12 supplementation, come into B Natural and talk with me or my staff about my product called Behavioral Balance.  We carry it in liquid and pills.  It works in several ways and we would start with one dose just before school.  We usually have some samples so we could get a few days into him to see what you think.  It may take us 30 or more days to really see a stable behavioral difference.  This product will oxygenate the brain, help with neurotransmitters and the results are focus, a calming overall affect, and many more positive results.

If you do not want to give him any supplements, I recommend you stop in at B Natural and we will refer you to Daryl Christianson in Eau Claire WI he works with children and adults with neuro-feed back.  He has had amazing results and he is a certified social worker and psycotherapist.

We would love to hear from you after you try some of these simple steps for your son.
