I must say that Dr. Amy has helped me so much with my stress levels! I am a college student who will get her under-grad in 3years. Thus, I have a huge amount of stress with classes, graduate school, etc. I use the l-theanine and don’t go a day without it. I also use the B-12 everyday to boost my mood and helps SO SO SO much in short-term memory (like studying for my many exams). In addition, I use the D3 to help boost my mood and give me added energy. I am so much better with these products!

I am also a huge believer in Dr.Amy’s Healing Energy Therapy and Waynes massage. It is so nice to take care of myself for once!
