American Medical Association Announces Natural Statin Works!

Hurray for God and natural medicine. Apparently the American Medical Association has actually listened to millions of patients that have used Red Yeast Rice (natural statin) to lower cholesterol without side affects. BE AWARE- the FDA and the Pharmaceutical companies are trying to get legislation stating that Red Yeast Rice should be by perscription only as it works so well it should be called a drug product not a natural food product. Call your representatives and tell them to keep natural medicine natural and out of the hands of the pharmaceutical companies. The cost would increase 10 fold! If you have high cholesterol and want to take a natural statin without side affects take 600mg of Red Yeast Rice one time per day to lower your LDL.

I also recomment a diet high in natural fiber like oat bran, ground flax seed, or PGX natural supplement.  Eating less animal fats and more organic, dark colored vegetables (see Turniprock.com) along with natural grains is a better diet for all of us.

Taking 1000mg of natural vitamin C three times per day will increase your collagen production and lubricate your arteries so cholesterol wont “stick” to them.

Increase your garlic intake. I take a supplement but you can also ingest raw or cooked garlic. Be careful, garlic is heating and can upset the stomach.
