Side affects of white pine bark are heavy urination. I have not seen any side affects of smoking withdrawl pills (which are homeopathic).

I can not legally advise you on how to take a pharmaceutical drug. Google it and look for herbal interactions. I can tell you that you should take a homeopathic “stop smoking” remedy and white pine bark daily. I have had patients in the past take white pine bark 4 times per day for 10 days and there was no nicotene in their blood work.
