I recently went on metformin for high glucose levels. Nothing natural wasworking. I already take the vitamins with chromium. do you have anythingthat I could rub on my feet, or take for diabetic nerve pain? I havealready tried Neuragen and Capsation (both are topicals). I’m wondering about thiamin or more B vitamins
