I stopped in one morning looking for lemon balm for cold sores and while I was there asked what to take for hot flashes and low sex drive. You said I had low estrogen levels and recommended shatavari 1 a day. I’ve got to tell you that since the very first day (no kidding) I took one the hotflashes have stopped and the sex drive is up, along with a few other positives in that department. I just wanted to see if it was normal for it to work that quickly and thank you daily life is much more enjoyable again. Maybe with any luck(after years of infertility) I will become pregnant as aside effect:) I can not thank you enough. I have even mentioned it to a few friends and they have said they were going to stop in
