Smoking is a habit. There are many reasons we have habits. So look at all the aspects of why you smoke. Generally we need to address the chemical aspect of the receptors in the brain. But I have worked with smokers many years and find we need to address stress, anxiety, the oral fixation, and the social aspect as well.
