Turnip Rock Community Supported Agriculture

I believe it is in the best interest of everyone to eat whole, real food. The sources of our nutrition dictate our basic health and well being. Turnip Rock Farm is in New Auburn, WI and is run by Josh Bryceson and Rama Hoffpauir. The address is 8628 County Hwy AA, New Auburn, WI 54757. Telephone 715-237-2998.
Supporting a locally owned, organic vegetable farm is a unique opportunity to have a natural source of organic vegetables delivered weekly to B Natural for your pick up.
If you have any health challenges, juicing beets and carrots together then adding any other vegetables to taste is a basic detox recipe to cleanse the bowel and entire body of toxins.
A healthy alkaline diet will keep your immune system in working order. Eating 3 servings of vegetables with every serving or protein will balance your meal into “alkaline”.
I will have a meal plan published this fall. It will be a guide to eating alkaline and low glycemic daily. This is the best diet to stay healthy. A wide variety of foods is always recommended.
